Welcome to Sohimo.pk. By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Orders & Order Confirmation
- All orders placed through Sohimo.pk are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Once an order is placed, you may receive a confirmation message or call from our team.
- Sohimo reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incorrect information, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, contact number, and delivery address.
2. Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders in Pakistan.
- For orders outside Karachi, advance payment must be made before dispatch.
- Orders outside Karachi will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
3. Product Information
- We make every effort to display product images, colors, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
- Product availability is subject to stock.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service.
- A tracking ID will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond Sohimo’s control are not the responsibility of Sohimo.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to Sohimo’s Exchange Policy.
- Customers are requested to review the Exchange Policy before placing an order.
- Items must meet the conditions specified in the Exchange Policy to be eligible for an exchange.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Sohimo reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders or orders with incomplete or incorrect information.
7. Sale & Discounted Items
- Sale, discounted, promotional, or specially priced items may have different exchange conditions.
- Any special conditions applicable to a promotion will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Providing an active contact number.
- Being available to receive the order.
- Checking the product upon delivery and following Sohimo’s Exchange Policy if an eligible issue is found.
9. Website Content
All content available on Sohimo.pk, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs, and written content, belongs to Sohimo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Sohimo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published.
