Any product purchased from Sohimo.pk can be exchanged through our online store within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original labels and tags intact.
Customers requesting an exchange will receive a coupon code equivalent to the value of the purchased product, which can be used once on a future purchase from Sohimo.pk.
This exchange policy applies to local orders within Pakistan only. As Sohimo operates exclusively as an online store, exchanges are not available at any physical or offline store.
International Orders
For international orders, we do not offer exchanges except in the following cases:

Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange, unless the wrong product was delivered.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Care
Sohimo is not responsible for color bleeding, print damage, fading, shrinkage, or any other damage caused by improper washing or care.
